If you feel that you have not received the response you were expecting, you may request that the matter be referred for review by all partners collectively.

The Swedish Bar Association's Consumer Dispute Board

If you are a consumer and are dissatisfied with our billing or have a claim against us, you may approach The Swedish Bar Association's Consumer Dispute Board. The Consumer Dispute Board adjudicates fee disputes and other financial claims between a consumer and a solicitor or law firm regarding a service provided by the solicitor or law firm. The Board is an alternative dispute resolution body as outlined in Section 4, Subsection 1 of the Swedish Act (2015:671) on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters.

You may approach The Swedish Bar Association's Consumer Dispute Board if you:

– are a consumer

– have a claim related to a legal service

– have attempted to reach an amicable resolution with the solicitor.
