Andreé Ernberg

Lawyer / Senior Associate

Presentation

At the law firm, my role primarily involves assisting our clients with disputes that arise, as well as providing advice and guidance when our clients enter into new contracts or deepen existing partnerships.

My experience in the court process—both as an employee at the court and as legal counsel—has given me a broad understanding of various legal areas. Often, a legal issue requires analysis across different fields of law, and my background in dispute resolution and debt collection law has provided me with practical skills and an eye for identifying issues in contractual relationships that are likely to lead to disputes.

Currently, I primarily work in dispute resolution within debt claims but also handle construction and property-related disputes. From time to time, I also deal with corporate law issues and transactions. Additionally, I have a strong interest in international civil law, where issues of dispute resolution and enforcement across borders often come into play.

Some of my regular clients include banks, financial institutions, and debt collection agencies. My clients primarily seek my assistance to achieve results that strengthen their businesses and make them more resilient to the risks that are inherent in business operations. I am also frequently retained to assist clients with ongoing disputes, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome—whether this means a quick settlement or a guiding judgment from a higher court.

Different areas of law are increasingly complex and intertwined, as well as shaped by an ever-changing economic landscape. Providing sound advice in a contractual matter, for example, requires knowledge not only in general contract law but also in competition, insolvency, and corporate law. It is this holistic approach that I believe makes a lawyer’s assistance particularly valuable when complex issues arise. Together with my colleagues, we are well-equipped to support our clients when they need it.

As a lawyer, the client’s interest is always the absolute focus. A lawyer must be curious and persistent—both in understanding the client’s needs and in identifying the best possible outcome. Competence must be high, and engagement equally so. This is something I strive to achieve—and surpass—in every assignment.
